Dr. Benjamin presented information about the Test-to-Stay Program, initial analysis, and recommendations. To view the briefing, use this link. *Full audio via phone is available for the Board Meeting. The phone number will be posted here the day of the Board Meeting.

If you are interested, you can submit written or video public comments. The forms to submit comments will be live from 5 pm on Friday until noon on Tuesday.

If you are interested in attending the Work Session, Board Meeting, and/or making in-person public comments, please visit this page and scroll down to click on the appropriate form. The forms will go live 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting (on Sunday) and close at 5 pm on Monday.

On Friday, December 31st, there was communication sent to the Board informing us that the Boardroom seating capacity has been lowered to 30. The capacity of 30 includes Board members, staff, and members of the public. Please note, I was not consulted prior to the decision being made. I have voiced my concerns to Board Chair Mahaffey about so few members of the public being allowed in the Boardroom and not being informed that this was being considered until after the decision was made and communicated by Tim Simmons, Chief of Communications.

Please remember I will be hosting a D9 Connection Meeting this Sunday, January 2nd at 4 pm. This is an informal meeting for me to listen to you. If you live in D9, have a student in a D9 school, or work in a D9 school, please join us using this Google Meet Link.

I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!
